Aim & Scope
The Journal of Strategy and Performance Management (JSPM) is a peer-reviewed international journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in the fields of strategy formulation and execution, performance management systems, and organizational governance.
JSPM provides a platform for both academic researchers and reflective practitioners to engage in meaningful dialogue by publishing work that combines analytical rigor with practical relevance. The journal emphasizes contributions that enhance understanding of how strategies are designed, implemented, monitored, and adapted in complex organizational and institutional environments.

Review Process
