Role & Responsibilities
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the overall editorial direction, academic integrity, and quality assurance of the journal. This includes overseeing the peer review process, setting editorial policy, ensuring ethical publishing practices, and guiding the strategic development of the journal in alignment with its academic–practice hybrid mission.

Editorial Board Structure

The Journal of Strategy and Performance Management is governed by an editorial structure designed to support both scholarly rigor and practice relevance. The journal draws on expertise from academia and professional practice to ensure balanced and high-quality editorial decision-making.

Academic Editors

Academic Editors support the evaluation of research submissions, ensuring methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, and alignment with the journal’s aims and scope.
